Our Guarantee:

We stand behind the quality of our stock, which is healthy, well-established, and ready to be planted. All orders are carefully prepared and packaged to endure the shipping process right through to delivery, even with rough handling.

Our plants are carefully packed in new boxes and dispatched by Australia Post.

Postage and handling charges are a flat rate per parcel per packing box.

After dispatching the plants by post, we cannot be held responsible for any misplacement or damage caused by the postal courier’s improper transit handling. However, you can request postal insurance to ensure coverage in such cases.

  • Clivias are shipped bare-rooted and clean with damp material suitable to maintain slight humidity during transport for plant health.
  • Inquiries and payments should be made through our website.
  • Due to DPI restrictions, we cannot ship plants to Tasmania, Western Australia,  Northern Territory or internationally.
  • We do not provide Phytosanitary Certificates.

We do not accept “change of mind” returns, due to the product being a live plant, so please choose carefully when purchasing.
