Loss or Damage

Valewood Estate takes great care in packing and shipping our plants and seeds to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. If your plants are damaged due to factors outside of our control, you must raise your concerns with the courier.

Prices

All purchases are subject to GST of 10% which is inclusive. Any large orders requiring additional packing boxes will be subject to additional costs of postage. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to decide whether to proceed or cancel their order.

Force Majeure

Valewood Estate is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Valewood Estate.
